mmmm….PUDDINGI found this really cool recipe for yorkshire puddings. I cant remember where its from so I cant credit the author, but if you like you can just sing me your praises. 1/2 pint (285ml) milk oil for cooking Preheat oven to 230 Degrees C Mix the batter ingredients together and let rest for 10 minutes. It is better if you can leave it overnight. If you do, then dont over mix when you want to use it. Just gently pull a ladle through it a few times. I’ve used this recipe about 5 times. To a point where family come over to my house JUST for this!
To make Toad in the Hole, just add a pork banger in each muffin dish after adding the batter, then drop a little bit of rosemary in the batter and you are good to go!
Sounds amazing! Must remember to try it!
