Reviews About Anything is giving away an Apple iPod Shuffle to the winner of each of the three competitions we are currently running.

 

Competition Number 1:

The winner will be the person who posts the 1000th approved and published review on this website (www.reviewsaboutanything.com)

               Competition closes: When the 1000th approved review is published.

Competition Number 2:

This will be in the form of a draw, you will receive entries into the draw on the following criteria;

                                1 entry for registering on this website.

                                1 entry for each referral (see details of referral program)

                                1 entry for each comment you submit on a review

                                20 entries for each review you submit.

Competition Number 3:

The winner will be the author of the 1st review to receive 100 ratings. Reviews can only be rated by registered users, so be sure to tell all your friends and family where to find your review and to register (they will then stand a chance to win Competition number 2)

Terms and conditions

 1/ All reviews and comments are moderated. Only reviews and comments that are approved and published on this website will be included for the competition.

2/ In the event more than one review cannot be deemed to have been the 1st review with 100 ratings , the review with the highest average rating will win. In the event the average ratings are equal, the finalist reviews will be put into a seperate draw.

3/ All registrations will be monitored. Any individual found to be creating “dummy” accounts to increase ratings will be banned and removed from this website.   

4/ The winners will be notified by e-mail using the e-mail address given at registration. If the individual cannot be contacted within 21 days; he/she will therefore forfeit the prize and we reserve the right to re-draw a new winner.

5/ The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into

6/ The prize is exclusively for the winners and is neither transferable nor exchangeable.

7/ Reviews About Anything, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from a entrant’s participation in the promotional competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.

8/ Winners will be notified within one month of competition closing date (winners names will be announced on the website).

9/ Closing date must be adhered to, no extensions will be given.

10/ It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address held by Reviews About Anything are valid and correct

11/ The agreement or transaction entered into, or payment made by or under it, would not give rise to any legal relationship rights, duties or consequences whatsoever, or will be legally enforceable, or the subject of litigation, but all such arrangements, agreements and transactions would be binding in honour only.

12/ By entering the promotion, all participants accept and agree to abide by the rules and terms and conditions that apply

13/ These prizes will be shipped with DHL or simliar courier company and will be shipped anywhere worldwide they cover.

14/ If required for any reasons, Reviews About Anything shall have the right to terminate this competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Reviews About Anything, its agents or promoters.

** Competition 2 is subject to a minimum of 200 reviews in total been posted on this site. If the minimum has not been reached by the competition closing date, the competition will be extended to a new date that will be published on this page.
